Talquin Electric Coop. Inc. Selects McLean Engineering for Substation Design

Talquin Electric Coop. Inc., based in Quincy, Fla., recently selected McLean Engineering Company for a substation design project.

The project will be a new 115:24.94 kV substation at the Oak Grove Substation site located near Gretna, Fla., in Gadsden County.

McLean Engineering will be responsible for the development of all plans, specifications, contracts, testing and energizing the station, including the closeout documents associated with the construction of the new station and the retirement of the existing substation.
